A newly created position has arisen for a Group Sustainability Manager to join a leading investment manager and private equity firm to continue their relentless pursuit of a sustainable future.
This role will report directly to the Head of Sustainability and will oversee and analyse group reporting and sustainability performance, implementing best practice when reporting in line with regulations and key sustainability frameworks and supporting the group sustainability deliverables as required.

The successful Group Sustainability Manager will:
Have experience working within financial Services, ideally within investment management and/or private equity
Be confident in working with sustainability reporting frameworks such as PRI, UN Global Compact, B Corp, and regulations such as TCFD, SFDR, SDR, TNFD and CSRD
Be a self starter, with motivation and ambition to deliver without constant oversight and management who is willing to roll their sleeves up and able to adapt and manage different priorities and tasks
Be comfortable and have experience in policy and report writing, being able to write for audiences such as board level and the general public
Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and be confident in public speaking and representing the company at events
