We are seeking an Environmental Lead to join our clients Renewables team and play a key role in shaping their sustainability agenda. This position is perfect for a proactive and strategic individual ready to champion environmental practices within their newly established Renewables division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage ISO 14001 systems and support ISO 50001 implementation, ensuring strong environmental compliance and ongoing improvements.
  • Develop and enforce sustainability policies, initiatives, and enhancement plans, driving forward the company’s environmental objectives.
  • Conduct life cycle assessments and environmental evaluations to pinpoint impacts and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Deliver training and coaching to staff and contractors, cultivating a culture of environmental awareness and continuous enhancement.
  • Gather and analyse environmental data, offering insights on performance metrics such as waste, carbon, and energy usage.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
  • Degree in Environmental Management.
  • Professional membership in environmental management or sustainability
  • Proven experience in leading and implementing environmental strategies and initiatives.
  • Knowledge of ISO 14001.
In return, the successful individual will receive:
  • £55,000 - £58,000
