An inspiring and attractive position has arisen for a Group Health and Safety Manager to join ABF Sugar, a specialist division within Associated British Foods, a FTSE 100 global food and beverage services organisation. 
 
Reporting into the Group Safety Director who in turn reports into the CEO, the successful candidate will play an integral role in developing the company wide strategy and the implementation to ensure best practice in a wide range of emerging and established markets in Africa and Europe.

The successful Group Health and Safety Manager will: 
  • Possess exceptional communication and team leadership skills
  • Have experience within similarly complex environments, with diverse risk profiles.
  • Be an independent self starter who is willing to roll their sleeves up and work across the business, with the ability to understand and deliver tasks 
  • Hold extensive experience leading safety operations on an international scale
  • Be willing to travel internationally across the portfolio
