Health and Safety Team Leader

A rare and distinctive position has arisen for a Health and Safety Team Leader to join a truly unique leisure organisation GS2 has partnered with based in Hounslow.


Reporting directly into a key stakeholder within the organisation as well as being supported by an established health and safety team, there is a real scope within this role to make a difference and continue to hold the high level of health and safety excellence throughout the organisation.


The Health and Safety Team Leader position key responsibilities are:

  • Implement the Health and Safety policies and procedures

  • Build and maintain key relationships with senior stakeholders within the business

  • Improving the current Health and Safety culture across the business

  • Maintain the health and safety management system across the business

  • Manage an established team of Health and Safety Advisors

The successful Health and Safety Team Leader will:

  • Have a proven track record in delivering exceptional health, safety and environmental leadership with an engaging, personable and credible communication style

  • Hold a NEBOSH Diploma as a minimum qualification or equivalent professional experience.

  • Have management experience

  • Worked within a leisure related industry

In return the successful individual will receive an attractive compensation package consisting of an attractive basic salary of up to £60,000 depending on experience plus:
