We are seeking a
HSE Systems Manager to join our HSE team and take on a critical role at the group level. This role is perfect for someone who is methodical, detail-oriented, and ready to lead data management initiatives that influence decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities:- Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance: Promote a positive safety culture aligned with our Safety First Vision Zero principles.
- Data Governance: Oversee the integrity and assurance of HSE data, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Operational Excellence: Lead all data reporting activities using the Cority platform, tailoring reports to meet specific needs and enhance data-driven decision-making.
- System Implementation: Design and implement workflows that promote a self-service model for data access and analysis.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive improvements in data management practices, identifying opportunities and implementing solutions.
- Customer Focus: Partner with business leads to meet customer requirements and assist with tender submissions.
- People Focus: Work independently while collaborating with the wider HSE team, promoting core values, and acting as a coach to colleagues.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:- Degree qualified or significant experience in a data analysis role.
- Competent in analyzing and interpreting technical HSE datasets.
- Proficient in MS Office tools, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerBi.
- Strong self-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Experience within Occupational Health & Safety (desirable).
- Auditor qualification (desired but not mandatory).
In return, the successful individual will receive:- £40,000 to 45,000
- 10% bonus
- 33 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays
- 5 or 6% pension contribution
