An incredibly hard to come by position has arisen for a Maintenance Supervisor to join a prestigious real estate organisation in Central London.

 This organisation has long term connections with the local community and manages a large portfolio of diverse properties. As the successful Maintenance Supervisor, you will have joint responsibility for the maintenance of nearly 100 acres of land.

The successful Maintenance Supervisor will:

●  Assist with maintaining high end properties throughout their life cycle. This will be whilst prioritising safety, compliance and maintenance

●  Assist the Sustainability and Health & Safety departments in compliance audits

●  Manage day-to-day activities of the maintenance department

●  Monitor PPM routines and contribute to guidance and departmental activities

  • Be experienced in managing large estates across multiple sites

●  Have experience with Building Management Systems (BMS)

 

In return the successful individual will receive an attractive compensation package consisting:

 

●  £40,000 - £45,000

  • 25 days annual leave
