This role would look for you to;
- Lead and oversee the development of wind farm projects across Germany and Europe, ensuring projects reach a ready-to-build stage.
- Provide expert support and strategic guidance to clients in structuring and executing wind farm projects.
- Drive the acquisition, evaluation, and successful execution of national and international wind farm sales.
- Lead financial engineering for turnkey wind energy projects, optimizing project structures for profitability.
- Conduct comprehensive project evaluations, including project finance, M&A transactions, and competitive bidding processes.
- Serve as a key point of contact with equity investors, debt providers, and banks during due diligence and throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as a vital interface between asset providers and investors, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration.
- Lead negotiations and manage public relations efforts with strategic clients, potential investors, and international financial institutions.
- Provide management with support and insights on the acquisition and sales of wind farm assets, ensuring alignment with company goals.
The successful candidate will:- Degree in business administration, banking, finance or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in project development and permit applications, ideally within the wind energy sector.
- Expertise in M&A transactions, financing, and financial modeling
- Willingness to travel
- Fluency in German and English
In return the successful individual will receive an attractive compensation package consisting:- €85,000 - €100,000 base salary
