An entrepreneurial and dynamic position has arisen for a Sustainability Standards Manager, Global Lead, to join AccountAbility.
 

AccountAbility is a global standards and consulting firm that works with businesses, investors, governments, and multilateral organizations to achieve opportunities, advance responsible business practices, and transform their long-term performance.
 

As the Sustainability Standards Manager, Global Lead, you will work with international businesses, governmental and non-governmental organizations, standard setters, framework developers and professional institutes to support the scaling of the AA1000 Series of Standards. 
 

This role reports into the CEO and as a result provides a significant opportunity to contribute to wider business growth.

The successful Sustainability Standards Manager, Global Lead will:

• Be a commercially aware self starter, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  
  
• Have an expert understanding of relevant Sustainability standards / ESG topics, and related trends in business and management practices. 
  
  
• Be knowledgeable in relevant sustainability standards, frameworks and rankings (e.g. GRI, TCFD, UN SDGs, MSCI, DJSI, Sustainalytics, etc.)
  
  
• Be naturally engaging and have excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strategic and analytical credentials.
  
  
• Proven track record in advocacy and growth, with the ability to lead multitude of stakeholder engagements simultaneously
  
  
• The ability to lead the programme now, with the capability to line manage a direct team in the future
  
  

In return the successful individual will receive an attractive compensation package consisting:

• $140,000 - $160,000
