Building on the success of the Sustainability Future Leaders Programme - launched in 2019, our Founder, Josh Huggins, and Principal Consultant, Greg Walker - we're proud to return after a hiatus with an enhanced focus on Sustainable Finance. 

We're launching this initiative with an introductory phase, featuring four cohorts, each comprising one mentor and four mentees.

This 6-month journey includes monthly online sessions, emphasising the soft skills essential for transitioning from Manager/Principal roles to senior positions like Head or Director.

• Mentees: Sustainable Finance Professionals with 3+ years experience, looking to elevate their careers.
• Mentors: Executive Committee members (EXCO) or EXCO-1 leaders passionate about shaping the next generation of Sustainable Finance pioneers.

Each of the 4 cohorts will consist of 1 mentor and 4 mentees, ensuring a tailored and impactful experience.
