Meet our Founder, Josh Huggins

"Having led my previous recruitment business through a trade sale as the second largest shareholder, I felt inspired to create GS2 to focus on partnering with sustainably conscious organisations, supporting them to create a better future for all.

We believe that creating a successful talent solutions business doesn’t have to be at the expense of retaining your moral values. The two can benefit each other, which is why we walk the walk internally with our own ethos, and values".

After hitting our 2023 incentive, we were thrilled to be able to travel to Chamonix, France for our highly anticipated annual company wide trip. Staying in a luxury chalet, we hit the slopes, and enjoyed the nightlife on offer, after an incredible year
