Health and Safety Manager
A rare and distinctive position has arisen for a Health and Safety Manager to join a truly unique leisure organisation GS2 has partnered with.
Reporting directly into a key stakeholder within the organisation as well as being supported by an established five person health and safety team, there is a real scope within this role to make a difference and continue to hold the high level of health and safety excellence throughout the organisation.
The Health and Safety Manager position key responsibilities are:
- Implement the Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Build and maintain key relationships with senior stakeholders within the business
- Improving the current Health and Safety culture across the business
- Maintain the health and safety management system across the business.
Managing a team of Health and Safety professionals
The successful Health and Safety Manager will:
- Have a proven track record in delivering exceptional health, safety and environmental leadership with an engaging, personable and credible communication style
- Hold a CMIOSH status
- Hold a NEBOSH Diploma as a minimum qualification or equivalent professional experience.
In return the successful individual will receive an attractive compensation package consisting:An attractive basic salary of £65,000-£70,000, depending on experience plus a yearly car allowance aquatinting to £10K
