An inspiring and attractive position has arisen for a Head of Sustainability Strategy to join Morelli Consulting, a progressive sustainability consultancy helping companies understand, prioritise, communicate, interpret and execute their sustainability strategies.


Reporting into the Founder and director of the business, the successful Head of Sustainability Strategy will ensure that all work is delivered to a high-quality and value for the clients, alongside advocating Morelli Consulting to new individuals and organisations to expand the organisation's reach.

The successful Head of Sustainability Strategy will:

  • Have a proven track record in consultancy, delivering technical sustainability outcomes particularly around sustainability strategies

  • Be a self-starter, with motivation and ambition to deliver without constant oversight and management.

  • Be naturally engaging, comfortable talking at events and engaging senior business leaders

  • Have experience winning new and expanding upon existing business, by identifying client opportunities, delivering proposals and winning work.

  • Be comfortable in a leadership role, running client delivery programmes along with internal staff needs.
