A strategic and rewarding position has arisen for a Health, Safety, Environment, Quality Manager to join a leading property services and construction business undergoing significant national expansion. This newly created role sits within the property services division, supporting a portfolio of long-term refurbishment and maintenance projects across residential schemes.

The Successful Health, Safety, Environment, Quality Manager Manager Will:
  • Hold a minimum of 3 years  experience within construction Health & Safety

  • Be an excellent communicator and influencer comfortable coaching both operational staff and senior stakeholders

  • Bring strong CDM knowledge, audit capability, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset

  • Lead on SHEQ input for tenders, investigations, compliance reporting and strategic initiatives

  • Hold a NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and a full UK driving licence

 
In Return, You’ll Receive:
  • £60,000 – £70,000 base salary

  • £5,500 car allowance
